With a wide variety of sports people can almost guarantee to find something that will support their passion. For those with bleeding disorders, it is more complicated. We are often advised to participate in sports such as swimming, or golf. The National Hemophilia Federation has created an extensive list of sports, including their names and safety ratings especially for those with hemophilia. You can read that here.
Although those with bleeding disorders have pushed their limits safely, the encouraged sports are rated at a 1.
